This document is the overall report for the Derby and Derbyshire Green Social Prescribing pilot, which ran between January 2021 and March 2023. Appendix 4 is available here as a separate document (other appendices are part of the main report).
National Green Social Prescribing Test and Learn Pilot Reports
GreenSPring (the Derby and Derbyshire site) was part of a £5.77 million cross government Green Social Prescribing Programme, which ran for two years from April 2021. The interim and full evaluation reports are now available.
